Full Service
Price
Our full service interior design service begins at $10,000 and our clients typically have budgets starting at $50,000 for furnishings and renovations (excluding designer fees). Every contract is customized to the level of service needed for each space.
- Please schedule your in person consultation on our contact page. Consultations are 90 mins at $350.00 which will be deducted from your design package if you move forward with a contract. Payment is due prior to meeting in person to secure your time.
What you get
From initial idea to final installation, our team will be with you every step of the way. This service is great for clients who are in need of renovations, new construction assistance, or full room furnishings.
PHASE ONE: DISCOVERY PHASE
During your 90 minute in home consultation meeting, we will review your questionnaire to better understand your design taste and needs, details about your project and your goals so we can begin designing your space(s). In this phase we will determine who will be used as contractors prior to any engagements to ensure a smooth collaborative process.
PHASE TWO: DESIGN PHASE
After the discovery phase, the fun begins as we prepare your design. We will work on design selections, floor plans, and ordering samples to present your full design including a design inspiration presentation.
PHASE THREE: PROJECT MANAGEMENT & PROCUREMENT
In this phase, your design will start to come to life. We will begin placing all of your orders and collaborating with any contractors on the project and determine if any design modifications are needed. We will take care of all the details so you can enjoy the process.
PHASE FOUR: INSTALLATION & STYLING
Once your finishes are installed and you are ready for soft furnishings, we will schedule your final installation and photo shoot. We will accessorize and put our signature touch on your final design.
Notes
- Any additional time not documented in the contract will be billed at $175/hour. i.e. extra meetings with contractors.
