Notes

• We do not provide staging furniture/art.  We provide staging suggestions with current furniture/accessories or with a budget on purchasing new items.
• We can assist with doing the staging for you before you go to market (you have to keep it up to date during home sale).  The cost would be per hour whether using your own furniture/accessories or shopping and displaying new items.   
• If the client decides to renovate, we can assist through a per hour rate or through one of our design packages.
